By default, uniquely identifiable customer data is removed from Next In Line when it is over 30 days old.

This can be modified in your Settings. It is recommended that you follow health guidelines in your area for the amount of time required to hold to data.

Please note that data can not be recovered, so please be careful with modifying this setting. For example, changing the default from 30 days to 14 days will result is data being deleted permanently from day 15 to 30.
