You may customize your next in line alert message to ask your customer to return to be served. You may select which position is the line that will be contacted (1-4). And, you may use curly brackets for dynamic items. For example, you may use the following in your message.

{business} = replaces with your business name

{position} = current position of customer

{url} = unique customer waiting page

{name} = name of the customer
